Between 9:05pm and 11:02pm, Packback Questions experienced intermittent downtime. Immediately after the site went down, engineers began performing investigation and work to mitigate the issue. A preliminary root cause was identified at 11pm and remediations were put in place to bring the site back to full health. Long-term improvements are now being made to prevent the issue from resurfacing.
