Packback Questions experienced an outage from approximately 3:00pm to 3:20pm. Engineers were able to identify the cause of the outage and remediate it, bringing the platform back online. Some operations may still be delayed as we process backlogs of jobs, but site performance generally has returned to normal. After full performance is restored and backlogs are cleared, another update will be posted.
