Data on the Match & Message and Insights Dashboard is not updating

This issue has been resolved, so Match & Message and the insights dashboard now have up to date data.

Investigating

There is a security issue with one of our vendor tools that is currently preventing our Analytics API from getting the most up to date data.

The impact of this is that the Match & Message and Insights Dashboard features are using data that was last refreshed at 1:00PM this afternoon (3/28). Any changes to activity that occurred after this time will not be reflected on either of these pages.
