Increased site errors due to networking issues

We have verified the issue has been fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this morning’s issues have caused, and will be looking into ways to prevent them in the future.

Monitoring

Our vendor Cloudflare has implemented a fix for the issue and we are now seeing Packback services working properly again. We will continue to monitor the issue until it is fully resolved.

Investigating

Engineers are currently investigating an increased rate of website errors (HTTP 502) due to networking issues with our CDN Cloudflare. We are working to resolve the issue.
