Packback US AI Chat Sporadically Failing
Resiliency improvements were made (awhile ago) and some further ones are planned. In any case, the AI chat feature has been stable the past week and is no longer being actively monitored.
It looks like all chat functionality from app.packback is operational right now. There will be an ongoing investigation to ensure Assistant API resiliency across all our services.
Between 6:35 - 7:05 PM CT the Real-Time Feedback AI assistant became degraded once again and frequently failed to start new chats. Investigation into the root cause is still on-going.
